Taking as its starting point old maps, bird migration patterns and the maps at the back of in-flight magazines, the Exodus series is my most recent series and is my response to the current refugee crisis.

Another Brick in the Wall received Best in Show at the MAANZ National Exhibition 2019.  The jurors said "A multilayered, multifaceted, well-executed, technically excellent piece. Very interesting structurally with overhanging elements adding intrigue and subtle, but effective, use of tinted mortar. The beauty of the piece contrasts with the clear and important disturbing universal narrative."
