Bathroom

Twisted Rope borders

100 mm high

2.25 metres long around the bath

0.75 metres above sink

Vitreous glass

This bathroom is in the west of England, an area which has a lot of Roman sites. The client chose a typical Roman pattern, the twisted rope, or "guilloche" and we adapted it for a modern bathroom.

The mosaic was fabricated on to fibreglass mesh and shipped to the UK, where it was installed. The theme is continued along the bath wall.
